On May 31, 2022, the Labor Safety and Health Regulations were revised and promulgated, establishing a requirement for a 30-year retention of work records, etc., for workers engaged in the manufacturing and handling of substances designated by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare as "carcinogenic." This regulation came into effect on April 1, 2023. In response to previous concerns that dust prevention agents may contain carcinogenic substances, we would like to inform you through this document that our "Bio Green Shield" does not contain any carcinogenic substances. We will also provide further information if additional substances are added due to future amendments to the regulations. We appreciate your continued support and patronage.
